*You must first submit a free Design Request before requesting samples.
*We do not provide custom samples. Our samples will be full jerseys from a past team we have worked with, and/or blank jerseys.
*Please note there is no sizing difference between our collar options (full-button, faux-button, 2-button, v-neck, or crew-neck)
*Included in your package will be a prepaid return envelope. It is required that your samples be returned before your order is shipped.
